But the basics are just that — basic. For law firms to truly compete on the modern web, they need to think about the modern web user. Whereas a website used to be a finish line, these days it’s more of an entry fee just to compete. Today’s legal consumer uses blogs, video, and social media to find and research attorneys long before picking up the phone to speak to anyone.
