Integrated Lawyer Marketing for Arkansas and Oklahoma
Overall, Tulsa and Fayetteville are moderately competitive legal markets, and highly competitive in the Personal Injury category. Tulsa is a major metro of about 1 million people and Fayetteville has a population of around 100,000. The territory is made up of both metro and rural clients. The industries driving the Tulsa economy are energy, aerospace, telecommunications and manufacturing. Tulsa was once referred to as the ‘Oil Capital of the World’ providing lawyers with Energy/Mineral Law cases. Tulsa is also well known for its Native American Heritage, which results in a lot of cases that serve this community. Immigration Law is popular here as well because of the large Hispanic community in the region.
Fayetteville is located in the Ozarks and is usually associated with the University of Arkansas. Fayetteville is not too far from Bentonville which is the home to Wal-Mart. Traffic tickets and DUI’s are prevalent in this college town. Employment law is another area where practices are looking for leads.
