When you’re doing something you love, it’s not work to go the extra mile. I aim to be that person (that goes the extra mile) for every law firm I have the privilege of working for.

 

Having the right to an attorney is as American as property ownership and freedom. If I’m not doing everything I can to bring knowledge of the available options to the consumer, myself and your law firm, it’s a disservice to myself and the community. Working together is the only way to achieve this true success.

 

Typically, large companies have impersonal service and just boast how awesome they are and product-dump features to a customer over the phone. With FindLaw, we have the resources and years of experience under TR & West, yet we have a local presence that will come to meet with a client and offer the best fit. It is the client’s job to practice law and it’s my job to know how to best market their skills. If at the end of a conversation I’m answering the basics of one key question to the consumer, I’ve done my job. That question as presented to the lawyer is, “if there was one thing you do better than anyone that you wish more people knew about, what would that be?”
