Alex focuses on driving performance across the FindLaw portfolio and staying abreast of the latest industry changes. He works to improve client performance at scale by leveraging his experience in marketing, web development, and search optimization. His background is in local search marketing where he delivered value to clients by establishing marketing strategies that emphasized brand awareness and improved search engine visibility.

Andrea’s role focuses on online behaviors and what influences consumers to make decisions on the web. Her work encompasses design, website usability, user experience and conversion. She helps law firms design websites that go beyond mere aesthetics to create compelling experiences that guide users in solving their legal problems and help law firms effectively attract new clients. Prior to her current role, Andrea worked in product management and web design, receiving numerous Web Marketing Association WebAwards for her work.
Brad is responsible for content marketing at FindLaw. He works with subject matter experts throughout the business to develop educational content for attorneys aiming to improve their own marketing skills. Brad loves digging into complex concepts and finding a way to make them easier to understand. He’s also the type of guy who actually reads the manual.
Brad is currently a product manager focused on creating solutions that provide on-line visibility for attorneys and small law firms. His past experience in SEO and digital marketing has helped in the development of integrated marketing programs that span multiple channels across the internet.

Chris is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minn. Chris has worked in digital marketing and advertising for nearly 10 years. In his role as a senior content strategist, Chris has consulted for hundreds of law firms located throughout the country, from Los Angeles to Chicago to New York City.

Christi Krautbauer is a Product Innovation Manager on FindLaw’s Strategic Development team. She works to identify new possibilities to help law firms stand out in a cluttered online marketplace. Prior to her current role, Christi has led a team of content writers at FindLaw and managed some of the company’s most successful products.
Dan helps law firms in small markets across the country grow their practice through simple and effective digital marketing plans. His focus is on understanding the challenges particular to small market clients and building solutions that maximize their return on investment.

Jason Kilgore is FindLaw’s Digital Marketing Expert of Paid Search. His work can be defined as experimental research that resides at the intersection of marketing and technology. He explores how marketing innovation can improve the scale and efficiency of results delivered to attorneys and law firms through product development. He has over 10 years experience in Digital Marketing, with a heavy focus on Search Engine Optimization and Paid Search Advertising.
Javier oversees the LawInfo directory product lines and related online advertising initiatives at FindLaw. Born and raised in Latin America, Javier is a fluent Spanish speaker and a licensed member of the California bar. Javier received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

New Product Development
Jordan Schuetzle is responsible for new product development at FindLaw. Before joining Thomson Reuters, Jordan practiced law for 8 years, with a focus on business law for early stage startups, technology commercialization, and venture capital and angel investing. He regularly leads CLE sessions for attorneys and was an adjunct assistant professor for years. Jordan passionately follows new technology and regulatory trends affecting the legal industry and the practice of law.
Juliette Paradise currently oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of FindLaw’s pay-per-click (PPC) advertising product portfolio. She is a strong proponent of educating the legal industry on the finer points of PPC as well as its implications for and uses as part of broader marketing strategies. Prior to taking over PPC, Juliette developed and managed services related to search engine optimization (organic search marketing), mobile accessibility and website content as part of FindLaw’s Product Management team.
Kevin focuses on improving overall performance for FindLaw clients and staying informed about industry changes and best practices. He is the author of two books and has consulted with clients in North America and Europe. Previously, Kevin owned three small businesses, managed two non-profits and served as an executive for an 80-employee company in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Leah has been with FindLaw since 2012 and uses her expertise as a search engine marketing strategist to help develop new products that help small and medium law firms promote themselves online.

Mark Jacobsen leads a team focused on the early-stage development of products, services and capabilities to help law firms generate new business opportunities and grow the quality and quantity of their clients. Before joining FindLaw, Mark was a pioneer in the software and Web development sectors. He is a regular speaker at industry conferences on such topics as digital marketing strategy, search, Web development, project management, online learning and interactive multimedia applications.

As Senior Customer Marketer at FindLaw, Stephanie specializes in telling the stories of successful solo attorneys. Stephanie is also a licensed attorney, and prior to joining Thomson Reuters, practiced family law and criminal defense at a five-attorney firm in the Twin Cities.
Steve consults with law firm clients to develop customized web marketing solutions that grow their businesses while fitting their budget.

Tina manages a team of product managers and oversees a portfolio of products and solutions that help law firms increase the number of potential clients contacting their firms, as well as enable them to better optimize their intake processes so they can convert more of those prospects into signed clients. She is also a conference presenter for FindLaw and has spoken in front of small law attorneys across the country. Prior to joining FindLaw, Tina worked with numerous small businesses to create and execute their marketing strategies, both online and offline. She has a broad range of experience covering strategy as well as execution of both online and traditional campaigns, with particular in-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape.
