What is your current title?
Project Manager, Sales Operations
When did you join the FindLaw team/how did you get here?
I joined FindLaw in 2005, after working with West for a year prior to that. Before coming to Thomson Reuters, I was with Wells Fargo as an accountant at their corporate office in downtown Minneapolis for two years, which was my first job out of college.
What interests you most about lawyer marketing or your functional area?
While I did grow up as the daughter of an attorney and have been exposed to the law my entire life, currently, I work in a non-customer facing position. I work in a home office support role for our Client Development Consultants in the field. What interests me the most about my functional area is ensuring our team members have the knowledge, tools and motivation they need to do the best job they can consulting with the attorneys in their territories.
What activities does your work day typically involve?
I am involved in planning our national sales meetings and incentive trips for our Client Development Consultants. I enjoy working cross-functionally to bring together all the messages and moving parts necessary to put on our meetings. I really enjoy planning and organization, which this role often requires.
What are your interests outside of FindLaw?
I enjoy spending time with my husband and soon, with our first child, which we are expecting in October! I also enjoy cooking, travel, remodeling our house and working out at the gym.
