Today we feature FindLaw Senior Client Development Associate Stephanie Duhaime. Get to know Stephanie by reading about her experiences at FindLaw below.
What is your current title?
I am a Senior Client Development Associate.
When did you join the FindLaw team/how did you get here?
I joined the FindLaw team in August of 2011, after graduating from High Point University in North Carolina. I arrived because my mom works in Westlaw and always told me that FindLaw was the place to be. She talked to me about the energetic culture and great opportunities, and I knew this is where I wanted to start my career.
What interests you most about lawyer marketing or your functional area?
It’s been really cool to see how the market has evolved since I’ve been at FindLaw. It’s interesting to see how we adapt our products to stay current with the marketing trends such as Social Media and Web Chat Connect.
What activities does your work day typically involve?
I work with six FindLaw Client Development Consultants that are located in Texas, Arizona, and Southern California. I work with the consultants to set qualified appointments with law firms. The most rewarding part of my job is when my consultants are successful. I know I have been the first touch point for a lot of their sales and it’s great to see a prospect I’ve targeted turn into a client.
What are your interests outside of FindLaw?
I love running and music. I also love spending time at the lake and hanging out with my family.
