Welcome to another post from our “Meet the FindLaw Team” series. “Meet the FindLaw Team” provides insight into the day-to-day lives of our colleagues. Today we feature FindLaw Associate Product Manager Adam Greshowak. Get to know Adam by reading about his experiences at FindLaw below.

What is your current title?

I am an Associate Product Manager, which means I manage a series of products within FindLaw’s core FirmSite product line.

When did you join the FindLaw team and how did you get here?

I joined FindLaw in November 2011. At the time, I had more than four years of experience in digital product marketing and was looking for something in this field. I was intrigued by FindLaw because the company is a major player in law firm marketing and has the most-visited lawyer directory on the Web. It also stood out to me as a company that focuses on the right strategies for driving growth and visibility for our customers’ web design, content marketing and online advertising, to name a few. I applied for an open position in FindLaw’s product division, and the rest is history.

What interests you most about lawyer marketing or your functional area?

What interests me most about digital marketing is that it is always evolving. Consumer behaviors are constantly changing, and it’s my responsibility to look for the most profitable mediums for attorneys to get in front of consumers who are looking for their services.

What activities does your work day typically involve?

I am constantly evaluating our solutions and looking for new services to add to our current product line. While developing these services, much of my time is spent working with the operations team to build our fulfillment processes for these solutions.

In addition, I work closely with our sales teams to identify the changing needs of our customers and form ideas for enhancements or new solutions to add to our portfolio.

What are your interests outside of FindLaw?

My wife and I both enjoy movies and traveling, but one of our favorite activities is challenging each other in a game of gin, cribbage, or Yahtzee. We also have four cats that we love playing with and make us laugh constantly. In addition, I’m pretty competitive and I love to play sports. You can usually find me playing a pick-up game of football or softball, or organizing a poker game with friends.
