Your site's home page will always be the single most requested page, and beyond that, this statistic will show you which pages your users think are the most important and the most interesting.
This report is your benchmark for gauging the relative strength or weakness of various sections of your site. If there are certain pages on your site where you would like to draw more traffic, a careful look at those pages that are already popular should yield some guidance as to what modifications will be successful. If your goal is to increase your conversion rate (and for most law firms it is) it's essential that you offer ample contact opportunities to visitors on your Most Requested Pages. You may see a list item called "Unknown pages." Normally, if you do not give your page a name using the page name ("PUT+PAGE+NAME+HERE") variable in the FindLaw.com Traffic Reporting System code, the page naming feature will default to the page title within the HTML ( So the "Unknown pages" list item represents pages on your site that were not named using the page name variable ("PUT+PAGE+NAME+HERE") and were viewed by visitors who have JavaScript disabled. |
